在這特別的節日,我們想對媽媽說聲衷心感謝,感謝他無私的愛、養育我們、教導我們。With deep gratitude in our hearts, we want to say thank you to all our mothers for having us, loving us, growing us and teaching us.

我們在母親節當天也就是五月八號早上九點半到十點半提供一堂免費的瑜伽課給媽媽和孩子(二人一組)。是由凱拉海登老師授課,這堂課保證一定是有趣、充滿凝聚力與活力的
Our gift to you is a complimentary Mothers and Children partner yoga class on Mother’s Day, May 8th, from 09:30 – 10:30. Led by Acro-yoga teacher, Kayla Hardin, this class promises to be fun, bonding and energizing.

凱拉老師是一位有500小時YAI認證的瑜伽老師,目前在美國、台灣和中國教授雙人瑜伽, 家庭瑜伽和hatha and Kirtan Partices。對凱拉老師來說,雙人瑜伽是一種可以給予自身與他人深層連結,並對於身體和心靈上支配的權力完全放下。他也喜愛小孩般的雙人瑜因為可以增添瑜伽的趣味。最後,我們都是一起的,我們的身體只是一個媒介去體現瑜伽的真理
Kayla is a 500-hour YAI certified yoga teacher who facilitates Partner Yoga, family yoga, hatha and kirtan practices in Taiwan, China and the U.S. For her, Partner Yoga is a gift allowing deep connection with oneself and others, empowerment of the body and mind and utter surrender to what is. She also loves the child-like play partner yoga lends itself to beautifully. Ultimately, we are all one and this body is a vehicle to embodying that truth– in Yoga practice, or otherwise.

在瑜伽課程後會是我們製作裸食披薩的工作坊,我們會提供每一組媽媽和小孩一份裸食純素的披薩食材,讓你們可以創作屬於自己的美味又營養的裸食披薩。
Following the yoga class will be a pizza-making workshop, where we will provide every Mother and child pair a raw, vegan pizza base upon which to create your ow delicious, nourishing raw pizza.

此外,為了感謝這美麗的一天,我們也推出四人份的甜點大拼盤。每個媽媽都會想吃點甜點吧!(並且健康的)
Also in honour of this beautiful day of acknowledgement, we will be launching our dessert platter for four. Every Mother needs some sweet (and healthy) loving!
由於空間限制,我們可以有六組的媽媽和小孩一起參與這個活動。
Because of space limitations, we can have a total of 6 mothers and 6 children in our space.
